Terms and Conditions
Terms governing the use of this website and loan enquiries.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the website operated by ALION PARTNERS SL, Avenida Mártires Maristas 24, 28035 Madrid, Spain (“ALION PARTNERS”) and the submission of loan enquiries through this website. Any subsequent loan agreement is also governed by its individual terms. If there is a conflict, the loan agreement takes precedence.
2. Our services
ALION PARTNERS acts as a credit intermediary and presents personal loan options: Micro Loan (up to €1,000), Personal Loan (up to €40,000) and Major Project (up to €100,000). The relevant repayment terms are shown on the “Our loans” page.
3. Loan enquiries
- Submitting a loan enquiry through the online form is free of charge and non-binding. It is neither an offer nor a loan approval.
- Each enquiry is assessed individually. Submitting an enquiry does not entitle you to a loan agreement.
- You must provide accurate and complete information and notify us of any changes. We may request supporting documents, such as proof of identity and income, to assess your enquiry.
- The assessment includes a creditworthiness check as required by law. We may decline an enquiry. If an enquiry is declined following a database check, we will inform you promptly and free of charge.
4. Terms and conclusion of the agreement
- Interest rates shown on this website are examples. Your applicable nominal rate, annual percentage rate (APR) and total cost will be set out in an individual offer.
- Before entering into an agreement, you will receive the legally required pre-contractual information (European Standardised Information Sheet, ESIS) in good time and free of charge.
- A loan agreement is formed only when both you and we accept the individual offer in the legally required form, which may be in writing or electronically.
- The loan amount is paid out only after the agreement has been concluded and the withdrawal period has expired, unless you expressly request earlier payment.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you may withdraw from the loan agreement within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. The period begins on the date the agreement is concluded or, if later, when you receive the contractual terms. To meet the deadline, send your withdrawal notice in time to contact@alionpatners.com or to Avenida Mártires Maristas 24, 28035 Madrid, Spain. Further details are set out in the loan agreement.
6. Early repayment
You may repay all or part of your loan early at any time. We do not charge compensation for early repayment.
7. Late payment
Late payments may incur default interest and legally permitted charges as set out in the loan agreement. If you experience payment difficulties, please contact us as early as possible: contact@alionpatners.com.
8. Use of the website
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. Prohibited conduct includes providing false information, submitting fraudulent enquiries on behalf of others, or disrupting the website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for wilful misconduct and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In other cases, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable, typical losses. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Data protection
Information about how we process your personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please send complaints to contact@alionpatners.com. Further information about out-of-court complaint bodies is available in the Legal notice.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules in the country where you usually reside remain unaffected. Consumer disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts designated by applicable law.
13. Changes and final provisions
We may amend these Terms and Conditions for future enquiries. Changes apply to existing loan agreements only where permitted by law or by the agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
